Is your site secure?

Yes, all credit card transactions use Secured Socket Layer (SSL) with 128-bit encryption to ensure that your information is protected. Additionally, we do not store customer credit card information. All credit card charges are applied upon order placement.

Can I save my shopping cart if I am not ready to purchase?
A.

Yes, you can save your shopping cart with your profile information and retrieve it when you return to the site.

How will you ship my item(s)?
A.

All items will be shipped via UPS, except equipment. If alternate shipping is available for an item, then those options will be displayed at check-out.

What should I do if my order is damaged or incorrect when I receive it?

What is your return policy?
A.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied.  Must have valid paperwork/customer reciept.  If cash or credit was used: return will be issued credit in the same form in which payment was received.  We will accept NO returns on freezable materials after November 1st.

What about non-stock or special order return policy?
A.

Returns are determined by the manufacturers policy.  If return is approved by manufacturer, we will follow the manufacturer and Logan return policy on re-stocking charges and freight on returns.  If the manufacturer does not approve, then NO return can occur.  Please call our sales team at 1-800-798-7732 if you require further explanation.

Are the hours listed on the Used Equipment accurate?

The hours posted for all used equipment is accurate when the unit is placed on the store site.  Please call for updated information concerning hours and maintenance of the equipment listed.
